Everybody has a story to tell.
The story of CollideScope Consulting was sparked nearly a decade ago, when our founder Amtul Sufi began her work in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) space for a global healthcare organization. She was drawn to this work after seeing challenges and inequity faced by marginalized communities inside, and outside of the workplace.
As a woman of color, she recognized the importance of amplifying the efforts and voices of members of traditionally marginalized communities; this work is truly her vocation. Her work has been focused on developing institutional DEI strategy, managing and implementing programs that cultivate a sense of belonging, advance diversity, equity, and inclusion, developing and facilitating robust Inclusive Leadership, Bias Awareness, Microaggression, Cultural Humility, and various other DEI trainings to hundreds.
We work with mid-to-large complex, global organizations to successfully embed these principles into the organizational infrastructure, talent lifecycle, leadership development, and culture.
